Shipping Policy

At this time, Atomo Coffee is only able to ship product to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments outside the United States and to the United States territories will be taken under consideration on a case by case basis. Please contact contact@atomocoffee.com to inquire.

At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Timetables
Orders will be shipped via FedEx 2 Day shipping, free of charge!

Atomo Coffee goes through a high-heat, high-pressure sterilization process, which makes our product shelf-stable. We recommend consuming our coffee within 6 months to enjoy it as its peak freshness, flavor, and vibrancy. We recommend refrigerating your coffee and drinking it chilled or over ice!

Missing / Damaged Items
If your shipment is missing, please contact us and we’ll ship a replacement.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box so we can give feedback to our carrier partners.
